Minimum stay
2, 3 or 4 nights depending on the time of year.
Security Deposit
$500.00 - this fee
is required upon booking and will be refunded after the cabin has been assessed for
damage, missing items, or further cleaning.
Payment
The balance will be payable
two weeks prior to arrival date. If booking less than two weeks prior
to arrival, full payment required at time of booking. Payment can be
made securely through PayPal using a credit card, debit or checking account.
Cleaning fee
$100.00 – if the cabin requires greater than four hours of cleaning, an
additional $25/hour will be charged.
Tax
7.00% state tax and 3.00% occupancy tax.
Cancellation
If
reservation cancelled within two weeks prior to arrival, one night deposit will
be forfeited.
